Our Coordinating Services

*MONTH OF COORDINATING (6-8 weeks before the day of the wedding)

This package provides the couple with the following services;

• Coordinating with the vendors that have been setup and contracted by the couple. All of the vendors must be previously contracted by the client for this service.

• Using the contact information and contracts provided by the couple to confirm vendors and manage their scheduling. 

• Create a timeline itinerary for the “Day Of” so the couple and vendors know when each step of the event will occur during the wedding day. 

• Facilitate the wedding rehearsal.

• Arrive at the venue two hours prior to ceremony start time(this is inclusive of your hours that you have contracted)

• A point of contact for the vendors. 

• On-site for the Day Of the wedding, coordinating all the events of the day and ensuring a seamless event.

• Problem resolution if required.

*With the month of coordinating, the hours (8, 10 or 12) of service selected includes all meetings and administrative time required to complete all items needed for the Day of the wedding. . If you decide that more hours are needed, we can add those hours at any time during the process up to 2 (two) weeks before the wedding date.

FULL COORDINATING SERVICES

 

This package provides the couple with the following services beginning at 8+ weeks before the day of the wedding;

 

• Setup a venue tour meeting and tour the facility.

• Assisting Clients with finding all vendors for their wedding day.

•  Coordinating with the vendors that have been setup and contracted by the couple. 

• Using the contact information and contracts provided by the couple to confirm vendors and manage their scheduling.

• Create a timeline itinerary for the “Day Of” with the couple so the couple and the vendors know when each step of the event will occur during the wedding day.

• Facilitate the wedding rehearsal.

• Arrive at the venue upon arrival of the first vendor on the “Day Of” to assist with proper setup.

• A point of contact for the vendors.

• On-site for the Day Of the wedding during the event, coordinating all the events of the day and ensuring a seamless event from start to finish.

• Create a table layout to use for the reception floor plan.

• Create a ceremony layout to use for the ceremony floor plan.

•  Final 30 day meeting with clients.

• Problem resolution if required.

• Unlimited time for meetings and administrative needs required to complete all items required for Day Of the wedding.
